| How to apply become < Privileges>’s Member ? |
|
|
For every customer aged 12 years old or above is eligible to fill out the application form or apply their membership online. The application is absolutely free.
Apply through Internet: *extra 1,000 miles*
Filling out the form correctly and retain a hard copy of the temporary membership card. The membership will be activated as soon as the process is complete*. Besides, the applicant could earn an extra 1,000 miles by applying online successfully.
Application form:
The application form is located at Air Macau aircraft, at Air Macau Offices, airport and travel agencies. Fill out the form, enclose copies of an Air Macau boarding pass and ticket receipt flown within the last 6 months and submit the form to our office, fax or post it to Air Macau Company Limited. The application will be validated and activated within six weeks.

| What can I do if I forgotten my password? |
|
|
The password will be sent to the registry e-mail address automatically by entering the membership number online through the Air Macau web site.

|
| How to redeem mileage if I have enough credit? |
|
|
Members can redeem their miles by Internet or in person to our office, there is a limited quantity of award ticket or upgrade seating for each flight.
Requesting redemption thru Internet:
Members can redeem the benefits before not less than 7 days of the flight, by visit our web site to select the items and collect location of the items. The system will reply to confirm the request within 24 hours automatically. Members is required to collect their redeemed item at the appointed Air Macau office within 6 months if the request has been processed successfully.
If Members have not collect the redeemed item on time, their booking will be cancelled without prior notice and the deducted mileage for the application will be re-credited into account after 7 days of the flight.
Requesting redemption by calling our hotlines or visiting ticketing offices:
Member reports his/her membership number to ticketing staff. If member has sufficient mileage to redeem item, redemption can be performed at the same time.

| How to renew my personal information? |
|
|
Members can renew their personal information by Internet or in person to our office,

| How to earn Miles? |
|
|
Member is required to quote his/her membership number when making a reservation or checking in for a flight at Air Macau counter. The mileage of the flight will be credited into the member’s account within three days. |

| If I had not quoted my membership number before the flight, could I still earn miles? |
|
|
Member required to retain all the flight tickets and boarding passes in order to credit the mileage at the Air Macau Office within 6 months from the departure date. The system will take three days to complete recording the mileage into Member’s account.

| How to upgrade my membership level? |
|
|
When a Basic Card Member’s Upgrade Mileage credit has reached 20,000 or above, he/she is entitled to be upgraded to Gold Card Member.
When a Gold Card Member’s Upgrade Mileage credit has reached 80,000 or above, he/she is entitled to be upgraded to Platinum Card Member.

| Is the redemption ticket or upgrade MCO restricted to be used by member himself/herself ? |
|
|
No. Member can transfer the redemption item to the endorsed person. Member must fill out the endorsement agreement at ticketing offices and candidate up to five persons. The endorsed list can be revised once a year. If redemption requisition has been made by the member in advance, endorsed person can obtain the redemption item without accompanied by the member.

| Could the endorsed person change his/her redemption item? |
|
|
If endorsed person want to change his/ her redemption item, member must cancel the redemption requisition in advance.

| What different between different levels? |
|
|
The more you travel, the higher your membership level, the more benefits you can enjoy.

Upgrade to Gold Card Member when the Upgrade Mileage credits has reach to 20,000 Elite miles in a consecutive 12 months
There is no expiry date for Basic Card Membership. However, Air- Macau reserves the right to cancel the membership if there is no record of use within 5 years time

The validity period of Gold Card is 2 years, however the membership will be renewed automatically if the Elite Mileage has reached to 40,000 miles.

| If I am already Air Macau CIP Member, can I enroll < Privileges >? |
|
|
Yes. You can possess both CIP and Privileges memberships. CIP cards will not be issued since 2005-02-01. However, CIP card is still valid to access to Air Macau CIP Lounge and entertain Smart until it expires.
If member fax his/her CIP card with Privileges Card number and his/her English name to town office, he/she can earn extra 3000 bonus miles.
